  • Absolutely. We use premium, pH-balanced car-care products, clean microfiber towels per car, and a gentle hand-wash technique crafted for all finishes — including luxury and specialty vehicles.

  • Hand-washes allow technicians to clean hard-to-reach areas, use fresh towels for each vehicle, and reduce the risk of scratches and damages caused by brushes or shared rollers.

  • Yes. By regularly removing contaminants and applying protective treatments (wax, sealants, interior conditioners), you’re helping preserve paint, clear-coat, trim, and interior surfaces — which supports resale value too.

  • Water spots are calcium or mineral deposits left when water evaporates from the surface. If left untreated they can etch the clear-coat. Our rinsing, drying, and finishing process is designed to minimize these effects.

  • We’re experienced with many vehicle types and conditions. For example, winter salt, heavy brake dust, oversized rims, or bike racks may require special attention — and our team will communicate any extra service needs or pricing up front.

  • At our in-shop location you’re welcome to stay in the comfortable lounge while your car is cared for. For busy schedules, the mobile service is especially convenient if you prefer staying in your home or office.

  • It’ very simple — stop by the location for on-site services, or schedule mobile service on our website. We’ll confirm your slot and guide you on arrival of mobile unit the day of the appointment. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can serve other customers.
